✅ Gmail:

1. Open an email from the sender you want to whitelist.

2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right of the email.

3. Select “Filter messages like this.”

4. In the popup, click “Create filter.”

5. Check “Never send it to Spam.”

6. Click “Create filter.”

✅ Outlook (Web Version):

1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right.

2. Select “View all Outlook settings.”

3. Go to Mail > Junk email.

4. Under Safe senders and domains, click “Add.”

5. Enter the sender’s email address or domain (e.g., @domain.com) and hit Enter.

6. Click Save.

✅ Apple Mail (iCloud):

1. Go to iCloud Mail.

2. Open a message from the sender.

3. Click the flag icon and choose “Add to VIP.”

   • This prioritizes the sender and keeps them out of Junk.

✅ Yahoo Mail:

1. Click the Settings icon, then select More Settings.

2. Click Filters, then Add new filters.

3. Name the filter.

4. In the “From” field, add the sender’s email address.

5. Choose to deliver to Inbox.

6. Click Save.
